No trace of SC. It might be a provincial.

There are several brass possibilities, e.g.

I selected this because you might see T and E at 9 o'clock on the reverse. But it is IMHO impossible to be sure.

This coin is seriously over cleaned....  I would stick to buying coins on this site...  You will never see a coin like this...
