The dating device TRP III on the reverse is too early to have been used with the obverse legend so the coin is not fully official.  It could be a modern fake or a contemporary counterfeit (which often mix types inappropriately.  There is a spot of dark on the head of the reverse figure suggesting the possibility that the coin is a plated counterfeit or fourree.  The photo is not enough to answer all the questions but the coin definitely is not 'right'.
