Title: Big Nepal? Coin seeks help.

Happy New Year friends, well this coinyear of our lord 2017 ends for me with this one.
And it is a big and a strange one indeed. The old little sticker says Nepal. I hope you can share some light one it for me.  :)
Pardon if it is turn up side down got no clue too the language.  ???
