Ptolemaic context

OK, a friend excavated this coin in a brick kiln in the Nile delta found with an Alexandrian  Trajan, Hadrian, and Ptolemy II.  The Isis Headdress is distinctive, and the shape is Ptolemaic. Any thoughts?

That might be a crown of Isis near the top of one side but doesn't appear to be a Ptolemaic coin.

The designs certainly do not match any Ptolemaic coins I recognize.  perhaps an Alexandrian tetradrachm, though a little small, or from another Hellenistic kingdom?
