Looks like RIC VII 58, Alexandria, 2nd Officina.

Thanks!

It has a gold toning to it, is that called silvering?

Maybe! Old silver sometimes got a golden toning.

It can go that colour due to iron-staining over the centuries.

I do not believe it's silver, but I think it has some sort of "silvering" to it because of the bronze color, correct?  Is that the correct usage of the term "silvering?"

Silvered means it has a thin layer of silver, which has, in your case, acquired a golden toning.
Although from the picture it could also be a shiny patina instead of silvering.

I would say it could be the remains of silvering because the high points of the coin are not silvery, as you would expect, due to wear in circulation. Sometimes the silver coating was so thin that the underlying coppery colour shows through. Can't tell for certain from the photo though.
