Late Roman coin?

Evening everyone,
I would need help identifying the lower coin. I think it's late Roman Empire, but I can't exactly identify it. Reverse especially. I don't have the exact dimensions, but I have this picture with the 1 euro coin (16mm). It's bronze.

It's a posthumous issue for Claudius II (DIVO CLAVDIO) with a CONSECRATIO altar reverse.
