Help with full id on possible Constantine V please.

I’m afraid I can’t fully identify this coin.  Perhaps I’m close? 
Obv.  Half-length facing busts of Constantine, bearded, and Leo IV, beardless, E in right fieldRev. Half-length facing bust of Leo III holding cross potent. ΔE in right field.
Help would be appreciated.
16.4-19.5mm, 2.6gr & axis 5hr
