Dear clueless!

Thank you for this interesting coin. It is a new die combination for Caracalla. The obv. I have found under HrHJ (2020) 8.18.36.15. There the legend is cited as MAR AV K - ANT(WN)IN with WN ligate. I have no other pic than this one in HrHJ (2020). So I have adopted it for your coin.

It is an altar that has the shape of a double cone, like in the game "Diabolo". You can see it well on the rev. of a better preserved coin from acsearch.info.
