Pisidia, Antioch, Septimius Severus, AE-22, Unofficial ?

I have this interesting Septimius Severus AE-22, coin from Pisidia, Antioch...

https://www.forumancientcoins.com/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-156288

Pisidia, Antioch, 049p Septimius Severus (193-211 A.D.), BMC ???, AE-22, ANTIOCH MENCIS CO(???), Mên wearing a long robe and Phrygian cap,
avers: (IMP CAES L ???)SEPT SEV PERT AVG, Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust left.
reverse: ANTIOCH MENCIS CO(???), Mên (Lunus), wearing a long robe and Phrygian cap, crescent on the left shoulder, standing slightly right, left foot resting on bucranium, holding Nike with trophy in left hand and spear in right, rooster at foot left.
exergue: -/-//--, diameter: 22,0mm, weight: 5,25g, axis: 0h,
mint: Pisidia, Antioch, date: 193-211 A.D., ref: ???

The legends are not really clear, maybe imitation or unofficial,

Any help is really appreciated.

Thank you.

In my opinion, the artwork at that mint was relatively crude. It looks official, to me. And a great patina.

The two from the BnF can be seen here:

and are not as far as nice as yours  :).
