I read this as a RIC VII #146 which is a R-4, good find.  I am not sure of the notes for off A and B because they appear to conflict. Your reverse legend is unbroken which would be B but I'm not sure about the chalamys spread.

Your coin is RIC VII Trier 177. It is rated as r3 and dated to 317-318. (RIC 146 has T/F in the reverse fields.)
