Help with Augustus AE, ROMA reverse?

I am having a tough time pinning down this AE I assume to be Augustus? The reverse has the inscription ROMA to the left and Roma standing with a spear. The coin is 26mm and 11gms.

Perhaps Italica mint (Hispania), if obverse legend is [MV]NIC ITAL[IC PERM AVG].
