Its Diocletian from the mint of Lugdunum. Obverse reads IMP C C VAL DIOCLETIANVS PF AVG. RIC VI 77.

I just recevied the coin. I can tell for sure now it is a Diocletian antoninianus before the monetary reform. Maridvnvm your coin looks silvered isn't it? I ask you because mine seems to be silvered as well. What should I do? I'm thinking if I let it soak in DW for a while, the remaining dirt will come off. But should I go further with the cleaning?

Mine is indeed silvered as these were. I daren't provide cleaning advice however as I have made too many cleaning blunders in the past.
