Hi,

I think that this is Lucius Verus, AE As, Rome mint; reverse TRP VII IMP IIII  COS III SC Roma seated left on cuirass clasping hands with Verus standing right. BMC 1327-8, C 299, MIR 145, cf RIC 1462, Sear Vol II 5417.
