The bust of this Constantine II coin, struck in nicomedia is B4 (RIC 190) or B5 (RIC 189)?

18mm. - 2,4 grs

The bust is cuirassed - has angular armour with no curved drapery across the neck - hence it is B5.

There is little chance that RIC VII NICOMEDIA 190 even exists.
