Hi, I could not identify this coin. It is an AE 16. Obverse, laurated head of an emperor left, to the left of his head:wreath: C P I O C Reverse, Female standing facing on her right hand holding a globe and right hand holding a sceptre some inscriptions to the right and left of her. :Greek_Delta: on top of the globe. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Thank you Archivum, but what does the meaning of C P I O C on the back of Tiberius and does all the Syedra mints have that inscription?
