FEL TEMP help with ex.

Hi all,

   Ive got this fel temp that i cant seem to read the mintmark... if anyone thinks they can, please let me know! =)

   Also, there is a weird glob or something on the obverse, looks like hands held in prayer, is it a brokage? or ?

It should be a globe.

I think it's from Nicomedia SMN?  (A, B Γ, Δ, E S attested), if so RIC VIII (Nicomedia) 67.
