Roman Lead Seal Constantinian Bust and Roma from Caesarea Maritima

Hi, all.  Here is a neat little seal from Caesarea.  The inscription is difficult to read, but I think it is of someone in Constantine's family, with seated Roma reverse.  Any references, corrections or other ideas welcomed.  Thanks, Jimi
