Rens D:
Hi guys
Got a question hope someone could help me,is this a Celtic cast Potin coin? Found it on a Celtic/roman site
Diameter 16,4 cm
Weight 9,2 grams

Thanks Rens

SC:
I think it is a lead shipping seal, not a coin.

Simple cast lead with a string hole through the body laterally.

Gert:
Yes, that's an unstruck cast blank of a lead seal.

Gert
