Wow, I think it is going to be tough competition.  Nice job people!

Windchild:
My pic just vanished when I tried to update it...   >:(

Here it is !  :)

Pep:
It has not been mentioned in this thread but Joe is offering $200 in FORVM Bucks to the person whose logo wins in the final poll and becomes the official logo for our award.  Just wanted to let everyone know since this thread gets alot more hits than the one he posted with this offer.  Great logos so far, looks like we are going to have an exciting race.  Just keep in mind that web awards should be as small as possible while still keeping their readablilty, the 150x150 is just a maximum limit, not a required size.  However, I know certain designs can only be shrunk down so far compared to others.  We all look forward to seeing more entries.

Joe Sermarini:
Having a nice gif is one of the most important aspects of an award.  Nobody wants an ugly gif as a reward.  :)  There are actually award designers (specialists).  I thought I was going to have to hire one, but I see that will not be necessary.  Nice job on the submissions.

My vote is with Windchild so far - Wow! (sorry everyone else)

Keep em coming.

Pep:
Award logo submissions will be accepted until 0500 Tuesday GMT.  If we get more than eight we will accomodate by posting them underneath the poll as a ninth, tenth, etc.  Take your time though in creating your entry, it should pretty much be the finished product that we will use, though slight "tweaking" will be o.k.  And there are those $200 FORVM dollars for the person whose design wins in the polls. ;)
