Post by: Flav V on July 23, 2021, 05:51:15 am
Hello,

Is someone know the reason of the suspecting mint of Alexandria for Ae4 Leo RIC 694 with added T? Why this mint as possibility? Why not Antioch? I try to find explanations on books but i find nothing.

this coin is probably not an official Leo Coin

anyway alexandian bronze coin (not monogram) for Leo I do exist ... even not cited in RIC
