The flan and style look very odd, probably a modern pressed fake.

I have seen more than ten similar coins being sold on a large internet auction site during the past couple of months; some unfortunately sell at high prizes. The typical designs are late Roman bronze coins and Ostrogothic coins, and I think that they are all tooled on bronze coins from the same time period. Relatively large smoothed areas and the rather naive designs give them away.
