Is this a fouree being sold as a genuine?

Hey guys, maybe you can help me.. I saw this denarius for sale on MA shops. It looks real nice (I guess it could be cleaned...) but the black on the bust's hair makes me think it's
an old counterfeit. Or a nasty hole, which is just as bad. Anyone seen such a thing before? What could that be?

The listing clearly says it is a fouree.

Didn't notice. Thought I took a good look. I'll look at it again
