It was sold by [Removed by Admin] live auction 11 lot 348 but they were no sure about its ID, anyone who knows enything else about?

I don't think that it is from Hierocaesarea.

On the early coins under the name of Hierakome the monograms are different: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=2114080
and on later coins you have a full legend and not only two letters or monograms (if we see here all).

But I don't have any better idea  :-\.
