Green and Red Antoninionus should I just work from lemons?

There is not a touch of soft dirt on this coin, that said, there is a ton of green. I'm just not sure how to work on this guy. I'm thinking of testing the encrustations with a qtip and some lemon juice. Open to other suggestions though. It looks like there could be great details under the color.

The green is supposed to stay.

I wasn't sure if this was patina or silver coating encrustations. Good to know.
