Title: CONSTANTIUS II AS CAESAR - GLORIA EXERCITVS - REVERSE C over left shoulder?

Hi, has anyone seen this obverse before, where there are a reverse C over left shoulder?
or is it just a part of the crusade, that I have not seen before?
What do you think?

Sometimes it is even stranger, when the engraver miscalculated the space needed for obverse legend and the last letter is placed already on the portrait.

The text on the coin would then be:

FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C C, as I understand it, is that correct?
I have never seen the legend end with NOB C C, so that is also odd.

It is the C over the shoulder I ask for not the C in the text around.

But finding another picture, I now see, that it is a part of the the Crusade, or something hanging down from behind.

Now I get it. What you recognized as letter "C" is in fact a loop to attach the paludamentum.
