Tetarteron help?
« on: March 22, 2004, 11:34:15 pm »
I have one, I will post a pic. tomorrow. To late tonight must sleep.

I can't make out any legend but it has a facing emperor on the obverse and??? what resembles a weather vein on the reverse with a M on top ( where the rooster would go) and a letter K to the right. looks like there is another letter to the left but it is cut off? sorry for the corny description. as I said very tired.   ::)

Thanks Simon!

That is indeed what I have! Could you explain the difference? The two look almost the same?

Hi JD

Look carefully at the center, on the first coin it is just 2 short verticle lines comming out of the horrizontal line.

The second one has a 3 sided rectangle instead of just the two verticle lines.

I will try for some bigger pictures.
