Trachy Help, Manuel I?

I posted this coin some time ago, and it was loosely attributed as Manuel I, But we really did not have any serious Byzantine collectors at the time and no one seemed 100% certain, so I am posting it again for confirmation.

Obv: MP - AV, Christ Enthroned
Rev: MANYH?- DECPOTHC, Emperor standing with labrum and Globus Cruciger.

I can not seem to find a decent match on line?

Well.... I think I found a match? The top coin on Wildwinds  Manuel II, Page , But the coin is listed as Manuel I. Based on the other Manuel II coins I am assuming that this is actually Manuel I , just inadvertantly placed on the Manuel II page? Is that correct?

Manuel I DOC IV  Manuel I 12a.1  perfect match for legend. Is it 32mm?
