What the well-dressed Byzantine was wearing
« on: October 31, 2004, 11:39:07 am »
Hi

Does anyone know of a glossary, preferably on-line, of all those weird and wonderful terms used in Sear, for example: chlamys, loros, pallium, colobrium?

I was just looking at the Lawrence University web site when I realized that they had a glossary that will answer your questions.

Take a look.

Thanks, Howard. That answers some questions, but not all.
