um,  :-[ i know this is an ancient coin forum, but if someone collects moderns as well or at least appens to have a catalogue book (i dont care about age too much) i have a quick question

what is the value of:
a silver 5 lek from albania
dated 1927

First of all is not a 5 Lek, but a 5 Franga Ari (gold francs). Be very carefull with this kind of coins since the 90% of the coins are modern reproductions.
If real and in XF here in Italy you would find it around 100 euros.

Yes, yes, i know this coin very well because it's collected in italy too since albania in that times were an italian protectorate. The name of the currency were franga ar (golden francs) with coins made of silver and the cents were called qindar ar( also golden even if they were in copper or other low value metals). It was a way to point out that the value of the new currency were connected with the value of gold.
