I have noticed that many of the pictures I take myself look better in my image manipulation program (The GIMP) that they do when uploaded where it seems they get darker. Is this something others have noticed in their photos? Do I need to make my photos lighter before uploading? As always, I am trying to figure out how to get
good photos and am constantly failing at such, LOL.
