Coin Weight, any more info?

Pep:
Hello Everyone,

Here is a coin weight with the following details:

Obverse:  :Greek_Nu::Greek_Gamma: within outline
Reverse:  Blank
Measurements:  13.29g; 20.2mm x 18.3mm

:Greek_Nu::Greek_Gamma:, 53?  Its weight neatly corresponds to three solidi, so does the :Greek_Gamma: stand for that?  What about the :Greek_Nu:?

Is there anything else you can tell me, like time-period and place?

Thanks,

Kevin  :)
