Not catalogued Constantine Follis?

This Constantine Follis is catalogued under an Aquileia mint however the coin clearly shows that it is minted from Rome.  What do you guys think the reason for this is?  Was it a mint error, or did it slip through the cracks and not get catalogued?  Also most dyes that are similar to it read DN Constantini Max AVG Vot/XX.

This same dye is in an Aquileia mint, just with a different mint stamp.  Here is the RIC for that dye, if it helps at all.

The reverse of this coin reads DN CONSTANTINI MAX AVG, as it should. If this was catalogued as being from Aquileia, it was an error. It is from Rome-- RIC VII Rome 232/237
