WEIGHT: 3,03 gr.

DIAMETER: 18,78 mm.

I believe this to be an authentic ancient denarius, but I think someone polished the high points of the coin with a dremel tool or similar, significantly devaluing it.  It likely had surface frosting or porosity and someone wanted to "improve" it.
