It is not easy to measure that, because the corrosion, but look like 1mm aprox. the thickness of the iron part:azn:

Rusted iron is hard to measure.  The easiest way is if there is a clear gap in the bronze parts where the iron fit.

1mm is too thin for a fire starter.  they are usually 4 mm or wider.  I think it was a razor handle.

The whole thickness of this oject are 4,5 mm, and the clear gap beetween the bronze part only aproxx .
1 mm

it means maybe you right it is looking like razor.. :)
