Not sure on Emperor, looks like Philip to me but I can not make out inscriptionReverse LANVAK...  21mm and 4.92 gm.  Any help much appreciated.

One of the most common reverses, with a scarce Emperor and even scarcer provincial city.  Any Mysia references?
