Title: AE21 from Lampsakos

Not sure on Emperor, looks like Philip to me but I can not make out inscription.  Reverse LANVAK...  21mm and 4.92 gm.  Any help much appreciated.

One of the most common reverses, with a scarce Emperor and even scarcer provincial city.  Any Mysia references?

AVTKO VIBIO...  would be either Trebonianus or Volusian.  Any help much appreciated.
