Why Celt's coins are copies of Trakian coins

From various reasons. First they were impressed by these wonderful objects so they wanted to do some as well. The greek coins were also widely recognized so it was easier to copy an established currency than create a new one. And so on...
That is why the germanic tribes copied roman coins, and later the bulgarians and serbians were inspired by byzantine coins.
