Hi carpatic,

Not an easy ask , the Aradian era date is barely visible but i can confidently place your coin to between 137-134 B.C or Aradian years 123-125. Your coins iconographic details also suggest the dates i have mentioned.

Thanks for the new pictures, Giba!
These are much better. Now I see it is a bracteate, struck one-sided on a very thin flan. What one sees on the reverse is the mirrored obverse.
I wonder if this is a genuine coin. It may be just belly money, which dancers attach to their clothing.
I'll see if I can find any genuine bracteate Ottoman coinage.

If Ulla does not know an Akragas coin typ this type either does not exist or is fake.
The chance that Ulla has missed a coin type is extremely low.

Hi board,
I couldn't find this coin, nor the emission, in RIC, or in the online RIC. Could this be a hitherto unknown emission or am I missing something?

Severina, wife of Aurelian AD 270-275, AE Antoninianus (23 mm, 4.08 g) Rome
SEVERINA AVG; draped bust r., wearing diadem, set on crecent
CONCORDIAE MILITVM; XXT in exergue; crescent-B across field; Concordia Militum standing left, holding two standards
RIC – (Cf. RIC 4 with R in l. field)

I have these two coins with the same monogram, I understood that they were minted by Selim I but why is one 10mm/1gr and the other 17mm/0.6gr.

Recently I saw a lot of roman coins on Inasta E-Live Auction 111 lot 4857 that contained an Annia Faustina denarius. As far as I know it's extremely rare, only 5 coins are known, 2 of them in museums. This coin looks odd. Unfortunately the seller provided only one photo.
