Hi Tanit, you know holding a pileus it is Libertas. I think I can read XVIII on the obv. Then it is RIC III, 933; common; struck AD 154-155.
obv. ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP TRP XVIII, head, radiate, r.
rev. LIBERTAS COS IIII SC, Libertas stg. l., holding pileus and sceptre.

If it is only TRP XVII then it would be RIC III 917; C.542; AD 153-154; common

Best regards

You will need to confirm the legends in hand but it could be:
ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP TR P XIX
LIBERTAS COS IIII
RIC III 950, C 545

Pileus was the cap which was given to slaves when they were released. It is the same cap which Liberty wears on the famous painting of Delacroix 'La Liberte guidant le Peuples (Liberty Leading the People)'.
