Despite plethora of Macrinus / Tyche by Pontianus single-heads (tetrassaria) in HrJ Marcianopolis, I find this to be a new die pair.  I even have 5 more of these accessioned, but this one wasn't.
• 6.23.38.–– (the ties of the laurel unlike all those illustrated; these seem almost like die markers sometimes).
At Pick 711, where OPELLIOS is spelled out, I am not sure which ones may actually divide between MAR and KIANO..., or whether is is a question of ligature or none.
