Especially the denarius of Antoninus can be recognized easily.
His genuine coins always show a four tiered pyre.
The coins of Septimius Severus show the five tiered pyre.

I was surprised because the one time I pointed out an obvious fake coin to a
dealer I could tell he didn't believe me. I would have liked that 'coin' for 5€ but
I felt an offer to buy it for that amount would have made him suspicious.

The Didius Julianus is a fun portait(wouldnt fool anyone tho). I like looking at the dies these modern counterfeiters come up, some of them certainly have their own flare
