You are on the right way. I think it is a new unpublished coin with a new die combination:

Caracalla as Caesar, AD 195-198
AE 18, 2.9g
obv.  MAR AV KA - ANTWNI
         Bare head r.
rev. NIKOPOLIT PROC ICTRO
        Basket with fruits, grapes hanging down at sides
ref. a) not in AMNG:
          AMNG I/1, 1510 (rev. only)
       b) not in Varbanov
       c) not in Hristova-Hoeft-Jekov (2021):
           rev. No. 8.18.52.11 (same die)
           obv. e.g. No. 8.18.6.5 (same die)

I would like to add this coin to Nikopolis Addenda #9
