Elagabalus(?) Stars in Crescent 2.242g, 16.1mm

Elagabalus(?) Stars in Crescent 2.242g, 16.1mm. I have had this for a while. The tag says Elagabalus, G+N 1 Oct 2010.  I can't read the obverse legend and don't see one on the reverse. I didn't find it in H-J Marcianopolis or H-H-J Nikopolis, which is where I would expect to find it. Anyone know it?

I have a vague memory of this coin being covered in an article on astronomy and ancient coins in an issue of the Celator.  The seven stars were identified as the Peleides.  Afraid I can't remember more.
