easy,  all you have to do is click on the notify button on the top right,  and click OK when prompted.  to unsubscribe  click on it again ,  it will ask you if you want to unsubscibe..  This also works for individual posts too  :)


EDITED*****you'll receive notification via e-mail of any new post in that particular board,  or in case of a single post,  notification of a reply
