Need some help with Licinius follis

Hello to everyone! I just bought this Licinius follis. I just want to know what is this white looking stuff on the coin. Is this remains of silvering or some kind of strange oxidation? Thank you everyone in advance for your answers!

Yup.  Leave as is.

Very nice coin.  Thessalonica used an especially thick silvering at this time.
