And here's another, which both is and is not in Hr/J.
Caracalla. 17mm, 3.19g
Obverse: (...) ANTΩN Laureate, draped and
cuirassed bust right.
Reverse: NIKOΠOΛIT ΠPOC ICTPON Crescent moon with a dot at the tip of each
arm, containing one large
star and two smaller ones.

a) Not in
AMNG.
b) Not in
Varbanov I (English).
c) See Hristova/Jekov 8.18.48.8. Although the book gives the legends differently, this is the same
reverse die and it might also be the same
obverse, though that is not so certain. The book has transcribed the
reverse legend incorrectly. Although the illustration is not completely clear, you can see on it the last two letters of the
reverse legend ON.
The
obverse is clearly the same
type, seen from directly to one
side, with the shoulder clasp centred. The first
part of the
legend is off the
flan on my specimen. The second
part lacks the terminal O given in the book, and I suspect this is is lacking on the illustrated coin also. But I can't see the shoulder clasp in the illustration, so I could be wrong about the
obverse. If this is not the same
obverse die as my coin, I think mine must be new.
So, a correction is needed to the book.
