Hi

Probably a follis of Justin I from Constantinople, Sear 64, though the obverse inscription is rather damaged.

The only alternative would be Justinian I, Sear 159, but he only lists officinae  :Greek_Gamma: and  :Greek_epsilon: whilst this appears to be  :Greek_Delta: which is right for S.64.

No, it can't be Sear 125, there are too few letters in the inscription (obscure though it is) for that. Also, there are two crosses at the sides of the M on your coin (and Sear 64), and a star and a cross on Sear 125 and the illustration you posted.
