The only clue you give is the 'man' on the
reverse, who is a girl goddess,
Artemis if, as you say, she is advancing to r. If it were a male he'd be standing frontal, if removing an arrow from a quiver, not walking to r. If
Artemis, take your
pick of half a dozen or more mints (and you don't even give
diameter!).

It's probably Two or Four, but...
If it's a male standing frontal, it's probably
Marcianopolis. If
Artemis, lots more possibilities. There is an
Apollo who moves to r. at
Hadrianopolis, e.g., but he does not reach up to
his quiver to draw an arrow.
