The only clue you give is the 'man' on the reverse, who is a girl goddess, Artemis if, as you say, she is advancing to r.  If it were a male he'd be standing frontal, if removing an arrow from a quiver, not walking to r.  If Artemis, take your pick of half a dozen or more mints (and you don't even give diameter!).
Antoninus One = Antoninus Pius
Antoninus Two = Caracalla
Antoninus Three = Diadumenian (sometimes)
Antoninus Four = Elagabalus.
It's probably Two or Four, but...
If it's a male standing frontal, it's probably Marcianopolis.  If Artemis, lots more possibilities.  There is an Apollo who moves to r. at Hadrianopolis, e.g., but he does not reach up to his quiver to draw an arrow.
P.L.

Hard to say 100 % from the pic, but I have a similar coin-- Elagabalus, Ephesos, Artemis advancing right. Not sure if the pic is available, but I will check.

Ah yes, here it is.

Looks like it might be the same or similar dies, even. I don't have a catalog reference for it - picked it up a long time ago from Mr. Lindgren and he listed no reference for it other than what I have given you. My catalog references are pretty skimpy. :(
