This is apparently unpublished, not in any catalog that I have or know of (including numerous articles, theses, Mionnet, Moushmov additions, Draganov, Gerassimov, Ruzicka, Kyustendi museum, Pazardzhik Museum, Serdica Museum, Sorum University Collection, Smolyan collection, Arslan & Peter, etc.).

It MIGHT be in Jurukova, but I don't have that book.

A similar one, but with serpent on the left (Varbanov 3588; Jurukova 2), was sold by CGB in their mailbid sale 49, lot 633, on June 20, 2011. (Might be on acsearch). The enclosed photo is from CoinArchives Pro.
