Caracalla Quadriga Denarius Forgery

I have seen this coin or a die match twice in the last month on Ebay. It is currently for bid and closing shortly.
Appears to be a match to the Toronto Group forgeries of the same coin. If it is a forgery it's a good one.
Top one currently for sale.
